What's the point of lifting if it disappears after a month?

RIP our lord chad Zyzz...

you have to work out whole life not like youll sacrifice and suffer for 5 years and then youre pumper for 50

I can stop lifting for months and lose literally 0 muscle. Genetically superior.

You don't deadlift with abs fgt

Once you start seeing gains, it's already a habit and if you have self discipline, you will continue doing it. The hard part, imo, is the diet. You have to eat a lot, but it has to be healthy too.Getting natty ripped is a massive life choice, but basic fitness is easy and you still get some pretty good results.

Not what I said. It helps you become/stay healthy but its not a necessity.

You can be a healthy little bitch, yes.

women dont care, lifting is primarily done to impress other dudes

Still need them for core support at the end of the movement.

Unless you do a physical job, that's bullshit. I can miss a week and feel a loss.
