Once you start seeing gains, it's already a habit and if you have self discipline, you will continue doing it. The hard part, imo, is the diet. You have to eat a lot, but it has to be healthy too.Getting natty ripped is a massive life choice, but basic fitness is easy and you still get some pretty good results.

I'm lazy as fuck and sometimes miss a couple weeks. Muscle and strength doesn't go that easily. I could have a month off then come back and 5x5 100 kg squat.
I lift everyday. Working out is my life. I saved a 350 pound women from a fire with with my genetic strength. I have bedded so many foxy women all thanks to the gym. If you don't work out you are going downhill in life. Most of my friends who don't work out are depressed and lonely. The easiest way to get jacked is eat lots of food + water and lift heavy shit. You don't need to bench press, barbell squat or curl. Heavy tire flips. Picking up Kegs filled with water, heavy sand bags, farmers walks with a keg or other heavy stuff. Sledge hammering, walking/squatting with a backpack filled with cement, heavy kettlebell swings, shrugs with kettlebells. You will be full body jacked without ever needing to hit the gym or having to do all the other crap people say with expensive weight equipment. You can do this all in the backyard for cheap. The gym is for money paying suckers.
You are so right about that. I know guys who barely hit the gym but lift heavy shit daily for work and they look more jacked then most at my local gym.
I'm a tradesman and still do 3 days a week push/pull split at home with basic equipment, maintain a high protein diet with low carbs. Doesn't mater what you do, a workout and proper diet are essential to being a proper badass.
