Picking up Kegs filled with water, heavy sand bags, farmers walks with a keg or other heavy stuff. Sledge hammering, walking/squatting with a backpack filled with cement, heavy kettlebell swings, shrugs with kettlebells. You will be full body jacked without ever needing to hit the gym or having to do all the other crap people say with expensive weight equipment. You can do this all in the backyard for cheap. The gym is for money paying suckers.

I'm a tradesman and still do 3 days a week push/pull split at home with basic equipment, maintain a high protein diet with low carbs. Doesn't mater what you do, a workout and proper diet are essential to being a proper badass.
