1. Eat a protein breakfast (omelet, etc.). Look at your fat-burning capability like it's a campfire. In order to burn hotter (and burn more calories), you need to add kindling to the fire. Right now, your campfire only has large logs of wood (your existing fat). Protein breakfast is like adding kindling to the fire to get it burning hotter.
2. Lunchtime - take a walk or get some aerobic exercise done, then have a healthy lunch (salad with chicken, etc.)
3. Evening - exercise using weights to build muscle mass which accelerates the fat burning process.

Within 2 months you'll see significant changes. Within 6 months you'll have a new body.
