You defeat the black goo monsters by flinging your shit at them. Sometimes you can have a rare “bloody pee” that gives a damage bonus to your urine. Norman Reedus has a fetus inside him. Comatose women are used to gestate and harvest babies that are kept in artificial wombs to be used as sensors to detect dead things. Everyone is stranded in their own alternate universe, there is no human contact, and people can only communicate through the chiral network. You can pee on your enemies.

People mean the SETTING is unique, not so much the gameplay. But nonetheless a game where you primarily walk across a huge map with proper hiking mechanics is a novel concept.
