The real question is why is stamina always green/yellow?

Mana is a supernatural power and easily became the energy for spells in video games and modern fantasy.

Its blue because its not really a color that is natural to a person. Red makes sense for health because your blood is red. A Bright Green makes sense for health, in the west, because green is generally seen as a good color and your health being green means you are in good health while red-shifting means you are closer to death.

I'm sure early on everyone picked up on blue quickly and it stuck without any issue.
