where did i say it was hard? it's incredibly tedious. none of the souls games are particularly hard, they just force you to play slow and backtrack. that's incredibly tedious for people not striving to be epic gamers.

I would argue the opposite. This is the exact sort of game you want to play as an adult because there's actual progress to be made. What not to play as an adult are games like DotA where you haven't progressed for shit for 5 hours but only got mad, and now it's 4 am and you gotta go to work in 2 hours. In general, any """"adults""" playing mobas or tedious shit like 4x games are beyond help, unless they do it as a job.
