Did you get the car yet?
Hey Yea Forums
More roleplaying, more in depth combat like larian is doing, more and better puzzles. Skill checks. Build variety and turn based combat.
I have 30k communist fun money right now and can buy one but i also have a quest to help the commander in the first town repair one. I'm going to help him repair it because this game loves throwing unexpected branching quests at you. This is assuming he's going to give me the car anyway.
Been playing Pathfinder Kingmaker.
Having a blast.
>no gameplay
>you are the chosen one stories
>illusion of choice that never matters
>terrible writing
This is now a crpg favourites thread
Divinity OS2
PoE
Shadowrun Dragonfall
Baldurs gate 1
I know I havent played many but I do enjoy them.. when im in the mood for them theres nothing better.
Think im going to play BG2 next or buy pathfinder or tyranny
>I'm going to help him repair it because this game loves throwing unexpected branching quests at you
That's one of the things I like about ATOM.
Some sidequests are silly like that sewer guy
Others are touching like the one where you hunt the village murderer
I don't. They're pretty alright. I do hope that BG3 does well. After Sword Coast Legends sank without a ripple, Wizards stopped caring about cRPGs and just stuck with mobile idle game stuff. Hopefully Larian convinces them that making full games is worth the time and money.
What are you liking about it specifically? hows the atmosphere m8?
im tempted to buy it it looks pretty good.. what other crpgs are in your top5?
For being an offshoot jank indie game it has some fantastic writing and music. The jokes don't fall flat and some quests like the one where you need to find the three brothers at the farm for dan are legitimately anger and depression inducing. Tbh i'm starting to like this game more than fallout 2 and underrail which i'm hardpressed to say but everything but the combat is 10/10.
