I'd argue Charisma is the most important stat in FO4 since you can skip massive portions of the game by simply "talking good" to people. I've been through the entire game and they removed all the science dialogues, strength dialogues, medical dialogues, etc.. Charisma is the only stat that matters when convincing anyone of anything.
It's blatantly fucking retarded.
The dialogue in this game is a fucking joke.
