Removed romance options, horribly scripted missions so the game will fail you if you try and do something clever, little you do for the camp has any real effect, hunting for pelt quality is annoying and ammo requirements are overdone.
I still like the game, but I don't love it, and it dissapointed me greatly.

I guess because of the restrictive mission design, the cumbersome controls and the heavy use of cinematics. I get it, but I still loved the game. I actually don't mind the mix of complete open world freedom and more linear mission structure. If you get tired of one you just engage with the other. Framerate and the controls were honestly the only two issues I had and both of those will be fixed if they ever actually release a fucking PC version.
Because it's not on the Nintendo. It is the most simple answer.
