Quite a bit, why do you ask, satan?

Couple of hours per day like most people.

Christcuck detected

I dont contemplate the fairy tales of jews.

>There IS a God and he loves you
Tell me, which one sounds more life affirming, fedoras?

I wish I was an inquisitor that spent all day torturing atheists until they saw God.

Friendly reminder that Satan is the hero of the Bible. If it weren't for Satan, mankind would not have the knowledge of Good and Evil, and would have remained childlike and unthinkingly devoted to an authority figure for no other reason than that is how we were created. Only because of Satan, can we stand on our own two feet and make decisions for ourselves. Let's all take a moment and thank Satan. Thank you Satan!

Very based indeed

I wonder what kind of person would spend actual money just to spread the message that there is no God.

Cringe all their doing is saying anything to make the pain stop

Probably people sick of proselytizers forcing their particular view of the Divine into every public space they can get their gross ideas into

Someone who's trying to wake up the sheep

Someone who is convinced that the mainstream belief in a god can often be very harmful I suppose

It mostly started as a reaction to George W. Bush, who was very vocal about how his religious beliefs informed his decisions. Dawkins and his kind were trying to raise awareness and get people to vote for politicians who had a more informed method of making decisions.

People burned by low church folk evangelical religion, or at least people who perceive that they were. They either become feral atheists who cannot even hear the word 'God' or see a church decorated in low church style without thinking of their parents, or 'smells and bells' Cathodox who take after Oscar Wilde as romantic liberals or a weird twisted mirror image of their evangelical father as turbotrads.

I read shittons of wikipedia articles on history and when it's lacking I go to academic sources. Sometimes I will go even to foreign language sources. It becomes quite clear that Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Islam quite literally civilized those bloodthirsty and sexually degenerate Romans, Arabs, Aryans, Chinese, and Yamato from their paganism. God really is good, but He's only good only if He is worshipped by organized religion. But now His name is openly tarnished by effete rich leftists and merchants that exist only by exploiting the wealth production of the world's religious population. They concentrate in the developed world and spread their diseased lifestyle among the lower classes so that after they die more can follow to replace their declined birth rate. Nowadays I read it philosophy/theology books and papers so that I can find objections to those pro-atheistic, absurdist, nihilist, Reformed, Evangelist, and pagan arguments for their version of the metaphysical realm or nonexistence of and synthesize my own system for a Catholic New World Order. Some things from my pledgling system I can implement right away because of my background in engineering. In the human search for theosis we continually improve ourselves through exercise and aesthetic care- surgery, braces, skincare- that goes beyond therapeutic and is accepted by most people on a natural basis. Therefore the idea of replacing bodyparts with cybernetics should be made popularly accepted through propaganda and backed by Church teaching. It is one step towards creating Catholic neo-nobles that rule over the heathen, ursury-using, and atheist underclasses through virtue of physical superiority. The Gospel will be made available and encouraged for all so the maximum amount of souls shall be saved for Judgement Day.

>There's probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life
The implication being that if you believe in God you can't enjoy life. I thought Dawkins was supposed to be intelligent lol?

>probably no God
Pascal’s Wager btfo’s atheists once again.

usually, practically zero, unless some religious fucknut bothers me about it

>I thought Dawkins was supposed to be intelligent lol?
he writes a whole book (selfish gene) about how organisms thrive through working with others closely related to them and guarding against foreign organism.
then produces to shitpost on twitter when countries stop third worlders from entering

also his "rational skepticism" which is just rehashing arguments that people like Hume rebuked hundreds of years ago

It's just as likely that there is a God who rewards people for being honest to who they are, even if that means no belief in a God at all than that the Christian or any other God exists. Pascal's Wager is legitimately retarded.

pascal's wager just highlights the retardation of atheism

So to answer OP's question, 4 hours a day. 1hr studying a foreign language, 1hr history, 1hr philosophy, 1hr personal projects.

We've pretty much already returned to paganism with the worship of negroes and sodomy (LGBT) being two of the most popular modern variants

But you're a dumb virgin resentful of the modern world instead.

It doesn't though, it makes a false dichotomy that only a literal mental retard could fall for

The Selfish Gene is a popular-level explanation of gene selection, he explicitly doesn't argue for population-level or individual-level selection.

Yeah I forgot to mention that in my rush to get to cover everything I do. The developed world acts like Post-Punic Wars Rome or prostitutes during the middle ages. But the media propagandizes faster than the Church. But my Christian friends agree with me on my positions even when they have engaged in free sexuality in the past.

you keep annoying Higher Abstract Dimensional Entities ; formed both by your conscioness and on the other side of the veil on this quantum simulation

I bet with probability if you related it into real life Lucifer edgy teen phase

Organized religion literally just monopolized the bloodshed, rape, and extortion. I would rather be a savage than a slave to a God that needs constant validation and worship like an insecure fourteen year old.

God is real, but God doesn't give a fuck whether you believe in them. God is realizing themself through us, and when we act in good faith we actualize God's will. But dogmatic, hateful religion does nothing but get in the way of this realization. It is nothing but blind ideology, with no forward motion, focused on nothing but control.

>Organized religion literally just monopolized the bloodshed, rape, and extortion.
in most cases it curbs it

>reading
i've been burned out recently and kinda needed a break. a priest friend of mine borrowed several books to me about scripture study but i want to know more about catholic views on social issues/arguments ie 'why does God allow children to develop cancer and suffer?' (i believe the answer to this from a faith filled perspective is either a) what is evil to us may not be evil to God OR b) there is a certain randomness and free will in our bodies that would cause such things without God's intervention which can't be true because then the entire 'God has a plan for everyone' idea kinda goes downhill so i'm guessing it's a)

religious matters are one of my favorite things to discuss and (more so) listen to various viewpoints. hearing other anons on Yea Forums discuss their scripture study among other things unironically made me more interested in learning about it.

i'm trying to think of more questions to ask my priest friend, especially concerning arguments against faith in God. any ideas?

Actually I'm both pagan and Christian, every religion has merit in the right context. Most atheists are dialectal death worshippers whether they realize it or not

demon hands typed this

You rather be a savage than a Christian? You would rather live in a food-insecure culture without literacy? I think you have laser-targeted the sins of the past and overlooked the benefits organized religion has created. By attempting monopolizing bloodshed, rape, and extortion religious authorities have always reduced it. Dark age warrior nobles and nomads became uniformly religious and chivalrous. Diplomacy between regions with the same religious hiearchy prospered. The Pax Dei, the reign of the Rashidun, Tang, and Mauryan dynasties all promoted intellectual and artistic pursuits with profits from monopolozing violence. Savages and pagans don't write because they don't fear heresy, and so are doomed to live in worlds of plural morals and doomed to die from exploitation of better educated religions. In addition religion already provides information on what God actualizes in us. Religious dogma reflects our natural goods and philosophers that posit the existence of natural good would agree with on that. Anecdotally, atheists I've met are poor and communist and complain about their conservative corporate expoiters, not realizing their lack of sanctioned work ethic, stable family structure, and inspiration by religious legend contributes to their economic position.
It is true religion treats God as needing validation but everyone requires validation. Did you not validate your own beliefs in your response? Our natural good demands we seek validation from the ones we love and love us so that we may live in community. The ultimate good, which is God, should be adored and emulated so we can adore and emulate others in virtue.

Why does this message presuppose that there is a real non-illusory ego which is in possession of some unknown abstract concept called "a life" and that the prescriptive imperative for this undefined abstract is to "enjoy" it (without specifying what exactly that entails)?

A primitive bushman, without the vocabulary to articulate the trash you posted, finds more life fulfillment and genetic success than the mind-frozen frogposter that is you. His progeny inherits the earth as you sit in your room, terrified of life.

>unthinkingly devoted to an authority figure for no other reason than that is how we were created

Satan was trying to enslave humanity and usurp God. At least with God humans were happy and immortal.

you're the main demographic for power fantasy isekai

Do you have any evidence for that claim?

Attached: 1647817493298.jpg (1200x630, 55.7K)

Wonderful post, shared and laughed.

Yeah but Dawkins famously wrote about how there was no God and science can deboonk it and all that.

Asking why he appears to be hedging his bets on the God issue is a perfectly legitimate observation.

He's thinking he could actually make that girl see God.

Attached: god.jpg (642x450, 81.07K)

Wrong. Dawkins explicitly stated that on a scale of 1 - 7, 1 being totally convinced God exists and 7 being totally convinced God does not exist, he places himself at a 6. What science can show is how different cultures personify aspects of their specific situation onto their gods through the anthropological study of different cultural groups, lending credibility to the idea that the specifics of any one god claim is overwhelmingly impacted by a person's own bias, meaning specific god claims should be taken as cultural, not factual.

>How much time do you spend reading,
Not enough but at least an hour per day
> contemplating religious matters?
A lot of the time while I’m doing other things and in a lot of my writing, though maybe “religious” is not technically the right word because it isn’t specific to one religion. God is vitally important to me but I’m not religious.
>needing to force a conversion through torture
Shit truth
>he writes a whole book (selfish gene) about how organisms thrive through working with others closely related to them and guarding against foreign organism.
>then produces to shitpost on twitter when countries stop third worlders from entering
Its worth remembering that he published that book 30 years before Twitter existed, well before modern culture developed as it had in the last 20 years people change over time, many for the worse

Is this how christcucks try to cope with the fact that their religion is Jewish in origin? It doesn’t even hold up because jacob’s actions are exceptionally Jewish and untrustworthy.

always and i'm not exaggerating. i haven't stopped thinking about it for a single second in years. there's no reprieve even in sleep, i dream about demons and angels. throughout the day when i'm thinking about things there's an additional background voice thinking about Jesus at all times

Yeah I hate richard Dawkins too

Turn off your brain to become atheist.

Attached: 1647268212386.png (687x700, 326.04K)

None. Yet I'm still atheist to atheism. Every man loquaciously flaunts thier cult and their ghosts. They may be the defanged ruminations of a vibrating machine but until that dynamo is smashed it is nothing but a heretic. The secular cult will nevertheless grind down and build up idols to perpetuity. The only idol being the thermonuclear bomb holds some sincere salvation for these useless deliberations. I'll let silence be the only true profession of nothing

sorry bro you got preempted, now you need to kill yourself

>richard dawkins isn't jewish
did i get mandela effected? i 100% remember finding out that he was and being surprised about it.

>sexually degenerate Romans
early Rome wasn't sexually degenerate (dont give me some shit about the rape of the sabine women). Plutarch even writes that from the founding of Rome several centuries passed before the first man ever put aside his wife for another woman. "pagans" were at times sexually virtuous and at times very much not, something that also afflicts Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims, whatever.

>How much time do you spend reading, contemplating religious matters?
I only think about them when I argue with Muslim posters on here. Otherwise, I really don't care/.

That's life itself. God's already got it covered.

It's most likely there is a God which makes you pay in blood for the things you've enjoyed, because everything you enjoy is at the expense of other beings. "Being honest to yourself" is fictional even before you involve God, the reciprocal nature of reality (God/karma) is not.
>with no forward motion
Forward motion is an attempt at control. Someone who cannot sit still and accept things is someone who cannot let go, who needs control even more desperately than the supposed dogmatists.

Both not enough and too much
Now I don't know if I must be a Christian or a Muslim
