I disagree, Steins;Gate is slightly better than Madoka Magica because of the cast. Anyways, weird how all 3 are from 2011.

Really sad how anime is dying. 2013 was the last year with two truly great anime and most of the AOTYs are reboots, tributes or continuations of a franchise. The actual state of anime is pathetic.
