200 IQ IDEA

At this rate if you are a fan of any team here besides the Pats it's almost inevitable you will not end the season at the apex of the division and you're doomed to mediocrity

Instead of the three lower teams focusing on the Superb Owl which is impossible as long as the Patriots exist how about they all merge into a superteam and prioritize on keeping the Pats out of playoff contention and possibly injuring their star players

The NY/MIA/BUF JetBillPhins

Brady would have to play against this monolith 6 times LMAO

At this point, yeah might as well. How bad could it be?

The division is retarded. Move the Dolphins to the AFC south, move the Colts to the AFC north and move the Ravens to the AFC east. Now it all makes sense

They would still be shit lmao

Just switch the colts and dolphins. Ravens belong in the norf for historical reasons and rivalries

>Just switch the colts and dolphins. Ravens belong in the norf for historical reasons and rivalries
Except the Colts are trash so it won't even change anything. The Ravens are eastern and are actually a good team

how are they so bad? how

Yeah that's exactly what we need. 4 utter shit franchises in one division instead of 3. Are you fucking high? I do not want one of the Texans, Dolphins, Jaguars, or Titans automatically getting in the playoffs. Just having a division that weak makes me sick. No. AFCS and AFCE are fine. They both at least have one competent team.

Texans are actually a good team, and the Titans are decent. Dolphins should be in the south because they're actually in the fucking south

>only franchise that has never appeared in a conference championship game
>good
Pick one and only one.

>the Titans are decent
Being a perennial 8-8 team does not make you good. No. Just no.

The honest changes that they could make that would balance the divisions better would make the team placements more geographically wacky than they already are. And honestly it's not really a problem that should be solved by forcing division parity because franchise strength can shift dramatically based on coaching and personnel hires with time. The Patriots are a prime example. If they'd put the Patriots in the AFC North and the Browns in the AFC East, you'd all be talking about how much of a shitty joke the Steelers and Ravens are and how stupidly powerful the Jets were or some shit.

The franchises aren't inherently good or bad, and they will naturally shift with time. Just like the Broncos plunged into irrelevancy after Peyton retired, and the Steelers and Colts, despite being long standing AFC juggernauts, are about to implode with the loss of Roethlisberger and Luck. These things sort themselves out.
