do Discogs orders ever go smoothly? just started getting into collecting, and have only bought from 100 rated sellers, but each time there's been some sort of hitch (e.g., dude waits 19 days after payment to ship, another time the dude can't find the records). is eBay any better?

i have bought a bunch of stuff from discogs and have only had one issue, and that was a seriously over graded album that they refunded me on.
there are alot of the same sellers on discogs and ebay, so no i dont think one is better than the other

Discogs is better all around. Just stick to highly rated sellers.
I've ordered hundreds of records/CDs/tapes, never had a bad experience apart from the odd case of something getting lost by the post office.
