I dont get withdrawals when I try to quit, but I get intense urges to dose, I tried to leave it at home and went to my gf for 4 days, but on the third day I cracked and took a cab home to dose, when I could have gotten a ride the next day for free

dude yeah I take it daily unfortunately. genrally just when I get home from work I don't drink or smoke but its nice to feel energetic after a long day of w ork. ive been slowly lowering the dose but the hard fact is you just have to stop and deal with the urges it sucks for about 2 weeks then your good, but luckily no withdrawels unless you take a fucking ounce or 2 a day

I love that shit but it makes me fucking constipated as hell. Like I'll buy a 250 g bag eat that stuff and not shit for like a week. It's so worth it though. I won't get withdrawals necessary but it kicks my anxiety into over drive the first two days with out or so.

Dont get into it. Not worth it. Its addicting and has shit withdrawals.
Its not well studied and can have heavy metals embedded in it from processing. Its not regulated at all. Feels great but its no free lunch.
