I would imagine simple fines for first time offenders. They would have to be put on a registry to keep track of sock usage and donation. If after first offence, another law is broken, it's off to a rehabilitation center.

That's a good point. Offenders could have their ankles restrained and subjected to daily inspections, to ensure their feet are ready to be reintegrated into society.

Believe it or not, but there can be such a thing as too much smell. My girlfriend absolutely adores getting her feet as sweaty as possible for me, wears socks for at least a week and then asks me to check if they're good. Last winter she wore these tight leather boots that made her feet sweat a lot. She ended up wearing them for months straight, rarely taking them off, but at some point, it was too much. Maybe I was starting to smell the leather, but for me personally, the sweet spot was about a week of wear. After that, she'd wash and start again.

I don't really enjoy if the girl is unwilling. I've had some girls that were not at all down with the foot thing, and those relationships didn't last long. Most girls, though, are more than willing, and some even really enjoy it. The hottest thing is when the ask you to suck their toes, lick their soles, whatever it may be. Like I said, my current girlfriend caters to it to the point where she wears socks all week. That's probably the hottest part.

If a girl changes/washes her socks before the time is up or fails to donate it to the community sock storage, the amount of times she needs to wear them for should permanently increase by 1 day.

In an ideal world, there would be no washing of socks by citizens. Used socks are donated, purchased by others, enjoyed to their full usefulness, and then given back to donation centers in the "double used" bin, which would be washed by government employees and redistributed to the girls. Permanent increase of time seems a little harsh, especially if it happens multiple times. Could end up with 23 days straight forever if you're especially forgetful or lose track of time. I could see up to a maximum of 10 days, any further would result in a longer rehabilitation sentence.
