Stay busy so you wont think of food 24/7, dont surround yourself with food. if you get hungry eat white rice, oatmeal or drink chia seeds. Dont eat if your bored. be aware of when and what you eat like if you just had a big meal and an hour later you're still hungry just ignore it. Yes its easier said than done but once you get into the habit of it it gets easy

Bruh. Just go to sleep at 4 am and then wake up at 1pm. Congrats, you've skiped 2/3 of the meals you were suppost to have. Now just eat dinner and a small midnight sacks and you should start seeing a change

only eat when you're actually hungry and not when you just feel like eating. keep it balanced, eat a salad with corn or chicken in it to make it tasty. don't over consume on fats and sugars, because no matter what you do, your body just wont know what to do with it and just store it as fat.
Combine this with 45 - 60 minutes or running and walking everyday along with some music to make it more bearable, the weight will just melt off.
Put your daily diet to 2 multivitamins and 36 hard boiled egg whites.
I didn't eat for the last three days, just a cup of tea a day, no difference in weight.

Eat salad, protein shakes and vedgies, avoid meat, dairy products, chips and alike. Sure it's not as fun, but you get to shove something into your mouth without constantly cluging down fat
Look up calorie calculator and see how many calories you must eat to lose weight. Usually it’s 1400-1600 depending on your height, weight, etc. Count your calories and make sure you remain below the set amount. Also, exercise to make the calorie deficit bigger. You should lose 1-2 pounds a week, which is healthy. Don’t eat less than 1200 calories or your BMR will be affected, you’ll feel like shit and you won’t maintain your weight loss.

Also make sure those 1400-1600 calories are full of protein and vegetables and all that good stuff, if those calories are just carbs you won’t stay full for long, I’m also losing weight (f 5”9 139lbs) and eating meals high in protein helps me stay full throughout the day. You can also try to fast from 8pm - 12pm. I do that as well and it helps a lot. You basically just skip breakfast, but you don’t have to if it’s too difficult, staying under a certain calorie amount is enough.
