Aside from the stroke you are evidently having, be smart and trust your gut when shoplifting. If it does not feel good, leave the item and leave the store. If you think someone is watching, they probably are. Be casual and be smart. Also, do not spend forever in a store. Get in and out quickly.

Walmart can not and will not follow you once you exit their doors. They will call the cops though.
This is in Arizona. An employee got shot and killed when he followed someone that stole a tv so no more pursuing. Fill your cart and walk out.

its honestly pretty easy to steal from grocery stores if you just act normal and dont look suspicious, you can basically get away with filling a whole bag of stuff that way and of course avoid any cameras. just walk out the store without looking nervous

I often pick up one or two items from a store, walk between the tills as if I am waiting for someone and just walk out.
