These problems are so fucking stupid and exemplify why you should always represent division via fraction. The grouping is fucking ambiguous and math is not meant to be ambiguous. Fuck everybody that spreads these problems around and shits on both sides because the fucking problem is shitty notation.

Omg u r right but what do u if u multiply 24 and 12 your Math is a lil off the rule is for people that doesn‘t see the fact that u can divide everythin with 1 so u have to divide first

it's not just PEMDAS, it's more like P,E,(MD),(AS)
you multiply and divide at the same time from left to right, same with addition and subtraction
