There are so many programs both nation wide and state to get yourself off the street. Homeless people either don't know about them, are you ok mentally ill or strung out to take the time to use them

I'm thinking of taking the homeless people that sit outside of my college and help them get food stamps. The deli's around here take EBT, so they'd be able to eat.
