What do you think of the #greatworkplace rollout
And do you think you will keep your position

Why don't you motherfuckers help your god damn employees when they need it, and then walk the fuck off when customers like Myself ask you for assistance. Piece of shit. Get a rope and throw it around your neck and yank til you die. Bastard shit stain. Your type piss me off

set 1 side to zero. solve. done, idiot.

basic algebra

I havent read of any formal rollout in my area. There are rumors that there is a complete change of hierarchy when it comes to position. One that would affect all department manager and make them reapply for a position that is supposedly higher level but less Deparment managers overall.

Prove it
Yes, it is. Im actually taking Differential Equations right now but i have forgotten how thats suppose to go down. Like the algorithm

I do what i am suppose to do. If i see a customer needs help i make sure personally that he has achieved everything he proposed to a 100% of the times.Sorry for your bad experience. There is a great majority of people that does not provide the appropriate customer service.

It's just an equation for the standard growth model. It starts at 27, increases by 288 every second, but every second 22,8% of the population is removed. 32 027 is simply the population after 111s

Department Managers are not the ones to pick on.
the hierarchy goes as such--

cashiers/stockers - $11
customer service, auto workers, tech workers - $12.32
department managers, customer service managers, support managers - $13.50 - this is the "higher up" but still hard working category. they have way too much on their plates every day.

respect the ones above^

assistant managers - salary, at least $50k a year. absolute pieces of shit. some work hard, some are just assholes, most of them suck. these are the ones to shit on
store manager - also salary, at least $90k a year. scum of the earth. you'll be lucky if you ever even see this guy. i worked at walmart for 6 months before i saw mine in the flesh. just comes in when regional managers are coming to inspect, and yells at people.

Whats up? So yeah, why don't you clowns ever hire me? I'm not gonna walk in and shoot anyone. I need a job pretty fuckin' bad at this point being 25 here soon. I'm asking to stock shelves man. Not like I'm asking to be supervisor. They have people with down syndrome that work at Wal-Mart's (no offense to them btw). But yet I can't seem to land a job. I just look at my ceiling and say "Why?"

Are the loss prevention people a bunch of fags?

thats not a good introduction! well we are hiring in our store. Maybe you just have to apply and go personally and hand your resume to an assistant manager. I haven't seen almost no body doing that or the store manager.

Basically

WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR JOB? ALL MANAGERS DO IS PRETEND TO MAKE SCHEDULES ALL DAY, STAND AROUND ON THEIR PHONE, OR STAND AROUND TALKING TO OTHER MANAGERS WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR ACTUAL JOB?

You have to call and ask for the hiring personnel and bug the shit out of them like 2-3 times a week. Ask them to write down your name and number.

Just keep calling them

Who hurt you?

has anyone shit in the various aisles

I'm 99% percent sure all the cameras in every large supermarket like walmart target and costco are fake except or the ones in the electronic isle, can you confirm

I worked at a Walmart, all cameras are real, but there are many, many blind spots.

Yes, Ive seen it happened. Both purposely and accidentally.
Thats not true, I can tell you by experience that there are over 200 cameras that are fully operational. They are serious about cameras, some Walmart got numbers in the 500's. We got a lot but i think the overall work of Loss Prevention could be better when it comes to stealing.
>bug.
Exactly, Ive seen people that return to work again in Walmart and they were great workers;very lovable but they still had to make an effort to get back in.

What

The fuck

Do managers

Do all fucking day?

At least what do the Cap 2 managers do? All the other ones seem to at least pretend to be busy

This guy is a bigshot manager at Walmart.

Stay in school kids.

Currently a Junior in E.E (Electrical Engineering)
My routine can be broken down partially as:
-Check Overstock
-Check Bins were Capped,
-Perform Section work
-Execute Price changes
-Order

a bunch of other shit. I personally believe in my store is cap two. Because their work is often carry out to the next shifts.

Why does AP make me their gopher bitch in electronics while I'm also doing my managers job. I need more money if I'm gonna be running my own best buy in the back of Wal-Mart. Also why isn't there a fucking entrance exam for this shit because none of my associates know the difference between a "simz card" and a "phone storage chip". I wanna exercise my right to not be free IT support and not get reported. help me

t=111 does not even solve that

How long does the average person stay employed?

I was doing fucking tech support as Cap 2 because the guys that were in electronics at the time were always old or missing.

They finally moved an age appropriate guy over there who knows his shit, but I loved pulling the excuse to step away from my bitch work to help old people with their phones

Really long time (2-3 Years), To be honest the most prominent reason for people to leave is because of their attendance.
Im more interested in the transformation. But t does solve that. for a constant at least.

288*111+27e^(-32*111/9)=31968=/=32027

No, it does not solve that

Okay it's 111.2048611 and some dumbfuck rounding i see that.

I am not going to solve it for you but i can throw you a hint: solve it numerical by using the Newton-method, you won't be lucky with an analytical approach

Sure it's cool if the customer is decent and I'm in good spot to help them, but it's literally constant, and these motherfuckers smell as bad as they act.
It'd be great if we just had our own in store support people, kinda like a more retarded geeksquad.

Been working there 6 days. Cashier.
I am being asked to move up to customer service.
They hired me knowing i smoke weed
Cashier isnt that bad. Breaks are real and this is the only place i worked that was diligent about breaks.
Benefits sound decent and real.

Im having an okay time.

Before this, i worked 4-5 at a group home full of retards. I would stay 3 days and sleep over night. 16 hours required to be there but not get paid. After 5 years totaled to 55k

BS TLE here they paying us way less than 12 and alot of the cart pushers more, Walmart at the salary level is the main problem with 99% of all stores imo

They need to hit up a chess club or A/V club at the local highschool and those kids are more than qualified for doing basic Walmart IT, and they'd all probably love having a part time job
