What do you think of the #greatworkplace rollout
And do you think you will keep your position

Why don't you motherfuckers help your god damn employees when they need it, and then walk the fuck off when customers like Myself ask you for assistance. Piece of shit. Get a rope and throw it around your neck and yank til you die. Bastard shit stain. Your type piss me off

set 1 side to zero. solve. done, idiot.

basic algebra

I havent read of any formal rollout in my area. There are rumors that there is a complete change of hierarchy when it comes to position. One that would affect all department manager and make them reapply for a position that is supposedly higher level but less Deparment managers overall.

Prove it
Yes, it is. Im actually taking Differential Equations right now but i have forgotten how thats suppose to go down. Like the algorithm

I do what i am suppose to do. If i see a customer needs help i make sure personally that he has achieved everything he proposed to a 100% of the times.Sorry for your bad experience. There is a great majority of people that does not provide the appropriate customer service.

It's just an equation for the standard growth model. It starts at 27, increases by 288 every second, but every second 22,8% of the population is removed. 32 027 is simply the population after 111s

Department Managers are not the ones to pick on.
the hierarchy goes as such--

cashiers/stockers - $11
customer service, auto workers, tech workers - $12.32
department managers, customer service managers, support managers - $13.50 - this is the "higher up" but still hard working category. they have way too much on their plates every day.

respect the ones above^

assistant managers - salary, at least $50k a year. absolute pieces of shit. some work hard, some are just assholes, most of them suck. these are the ones to shit on
store manager - also salary, at least $90k a year. scum of the earth. you'll be lucky if you ever even see this guy. i worked at walmart for 6 months before i saw mine in the flesh. just comes in when regional managers are coming to inspect, and yells at people.
