Pros, night life is awesome, work mostly weekends and are free the majority of the week. The girls you meet, they are fun to hang out with. Money is a big pro, a lot of tips/bonuses from owners a lot of cash that one could maybe not mention to the irs. Last pro is the connections you make, you meet a lot of famous people sometimes you know their friends managers etc and the a ton of rich people.

Working with strippers, these are women after all so fuckin drama all the damn time plus a ton of them are legit retarded.
The local state government Is tough on us, liquor licenses are the biggest issue.
Also a lot of people in this industry don't last, it's the fast life, your up all night around money women and drugs sometimes I have a lot of friends who got wrapped up in and never made it out.

Oh and the police, cops are fine but detectives are a pain in the ass always up on everyone ass about everything.

I tried not to take advantage of some situations, some girls may not be stripper quality, no ass can't dance etc I'll get a few dances, got a few more stuff handjobs in my office to make sure they make the rooster.
