Fastest way is to literally stop eating. You won't die if you fast for a week. The first few days will be hell on earth. After that you'll get used to it, especially if you just stay home and get rid of all your food. Drink water and tea only.

Otherwise, just diet. Dieting makes you lose weight, exercise makes you get fit. They're different goals. Don't eat processed sugars, make sure every meal is at least half vegetables, one third lean meat, 1/6 carbs. Should lose a decent amount of weight after about a year.

Shear will power. You need to get motivated or hurt yourself. You need to force yourself to work out longer. Burn 1000 calories a day from working out is enough. The rest is burned off naturally.
