Personally I think the best solution to the pro life versus pro abortion issue is to find a middle ground.

Allow all women a maximum of 2 abortions. This covers emergency situations such as birth complications and rapes - and puts the onus on women to take a bit of responsibility for their actions and bodies.

Let the woman have make faulse rape report and she will get more than 2 abortions

Actually I'm going to update that concept.

Each women is allowed 2 abortions in a lifetime. If she requires as third she can have it only the price will be permentant sterilization.
