Think about flex time. You're 15 minutes late for work, so you stay an extra 15. Now your an hour late, so you stay an extra hour. Before you know it, you're 3 to 5 hours late and basicly making your own schedule.
So, there's a mature 17 year old kid. She should be ok to get with right? It's close enough. So, 17 is ok now. What about that 15 year old? 17 is ok, and 15 is only 2 years off. 15 is ok now? Ok... Becouse that 13 year old is 2 years younger, and it was ok before.
