Not really any special diet. I try to avoid softdrinks (i mix juice with water, because water alone is boring).
I don't really count calories, but I still keep an eye on my overall consumption and try to keep it roughly at my basal calory metabolism. Together with a little movement (Cycling to work and back every day) i actually am loosing weight r/n

Fiber is king. Eat whatever to a point, you still want to eventually get the correct minerals into your body... vitamins are easier because they are typically put in things to make up for some peoples unbalanced diet.
To avoid colon and stomach problems later in life, eat plenty of fiber though.

Workout everyday, works pretty fine.
Fruit provides energy for daily tasks, and you get rewarded for staying disciplined at the end of the day.
