How about getting some exercise? You lazy faggot

Drink water when hungry and walk more.

i actually walk a fuck ton i just such a fat mother fucker who eats alot

You’re lazy and greedy. End of story. Be hungry for self improvement and not food.

Cycling, eat better, consume less

Then eat less. Count calories to 1200-1500 a day if you have to. Exercise more if you want to eat more.

There is no secret to weight loss. There is only ONE way to do it, and all of the other methods only exist as a means to facilitate it - calories in, calories out.

Smoke cigarettes, drink only water and lots of it. Also beat your meat standing up you'll burn more calories that way

i don't really like cycling is it good for weightloss can i buy a stationary bike?

ive tried to eat 1500 calories a day i end up overeating man it sucks dude

i do smoke lol
how much is lots of water ?

Replace two of your three meals a day with plain, unsalted no butter, mashed potatoes.

Get a food scale and measure everything you put into your body. Is it more work for something as basic as eating? Yeah, but you can either do this and not be lazy, or continue being a sexless fat fuck. Your choice.

Smoke meth. Its the best fatkiller out there trust me. Lost 60lbs in 4 weeks. Just do meth and take my advice because i witnessed it on myself how good meth suppresses the appetite.

eat less, move more.

but then you have a bigger problem --> addiction to meth, risk of arrest buying your "diet aid"

Stationary is shit, get out there in the sun and fresh air. Use it to explore while losing weight. I started 5 years ago. When I started I couldn't see my own dick or feet, now have only a little weight left and went from a size 40 to 35-36 waist depending on the cut

what does this do lol and just 2 normal boiled potats?

lmao yeah i don't want a drug addiction mayne

Nothing, it's terrible advice

bruh im too fat to even get on a bike lmao

Eat less shit, eat more fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. and exercise more. That's it

Go to your local bike shop. They'll fit you right

>i need something that will work fast
fasting

I've lost like 50lbs since the beginning of the year counting calories.
Drink a ton of water and in the morning coffee, to help curb your hunger until your stomach has a chance to shrink.

Only excuses. You're not committed and will remain a fat fuck.

how much water?
for some reason water makes me more hungry though?

thanks for the insperation

ive tried but my coffee has about 25 packets of sugar each

ok i will give you the advice you want, it is easy and will not require much exercise. once you start to lose weight and see some results, then you should add in exercise and weight training as you see fit.

1) quit all sugar in food and drink. drop it to as close to 0 as you can. i drink unsweetened black tea and water.
2) eat in time restricted window only 6 hours long (at most). i only eat between 12 pm to 6 pm. pick the hours that work best for you but you shouldn't eat anything within 6 hours of your bedtime. don't violate those hours. when you eat try to eat something healthy. in other words don't gorge yourself in those hours and eat all junk food. can you get a mcdonald's? yeah sure if that helps you get in the routine, then get fast food once a week or something. the goal though is to get used to a limited time window to eat, then make sure you switch to healthier options
3) quit all alcohol. you can have none.
4) walk at least 5 miles a day

that's it. you'll notice within a week or two a real change in your weight.

Attached: t.webm (640x360, 1.78M)

Get an intestinal parasite in your body. You'll drop pounds like no tomorrow.

All the water. Drink water until you're no longer hungry. Still hungry? Drink more water

don't eat for a whole month
walk everyday for 10 hours min
eat healthy for a week
then don't eat again for 3 other weeks
don't stop walking everyday

I lost 66 lbs in 2 months doing exactly that, during summer. People were blown away.

It's easier to not eat 500 calories than burn 500 calories. If you're in control of what you put in your fridge/cabinets, you just need to have the discipline to not buy a bunch of shit at the store. Get raw ingredients so you can't just get a craving and microwave something fast. Beans, rice, frozen chicken breasts, frozen vegetables, etc. Drink water and only water, or black coffee/unsweetened tea. People drink so many calories it's fucking bonkers.

thannks user seems like solid advice
i am addicted to sugary drinks ive allready stopped them now though i will try this out thanks
boi im guna have water poisoning?

how did you cope with the hunger doing that?
longest i can manage is till late at night and i just eat like a fat bitch?
thanks user you are right burning 500 calories
is alot of work for sure

feeling of hunger is gone after the first 4/6 days.
Also I just throw away everything, I had othing but milk, water and some pasta in my kitchen.

>quit all sugar in food and drink.

Attached: dave-chappelle-as-lil-jon-what.jpg (188x188, 8K)

so what did you do just drink milk water and eat pasta?

you got to stop the sugary drinks for sure and alcohol if you drink. the hard part is if you're like me these eating habits are part of your daily routine. I'm walking by 7-11, oh i got to get a slurpee. i go out to eat, got to order beer, then when i start getting a little buzzed i'll eat a whole bag of potato chips. i didn't really jones for the soda, just i was so used to doing the same things over and over, that was the hard part.

read about insulin resistance and intermittent fasting. the time restricted feeding is sort like intermittent fasting. you want your body in a fasting state each day to drop your insulin levels and you can lose the weight naturally. if you exercise while in a fasting state, then you can also get big gains in muscle.

Attached: Rhettal_36.webm (607x1080, 1.66M)

did you drink alot of water like guy above said to do

walk for ten hours a minute?

Drink nothing but water, eat smaller meals throughout the day so you don't get as hungry between them and end up overeating. Take some cayenne and cinnamon capsules if you really need an appetite suppressant.

I'm 6'8 feet tall, 5 years ago I weighed almost 500lbs. From a guy's perspective who got through this: behave yourself before it's too late. If you continue like this, sex will be the last thing you'll worry about in the future.

Losing weight is mostly a psychological problem.

At the end of the day, all 'diets' are just structured methods to reduce your calorie intake in a way that WORKS FOR YOU. For all intents and purposes, as long as a) eat fewer calories than you burn (aka, Calories in < Calories out), b) you get your protein/vitamins/etc, and c) you stay sane, there's no real difference between any diets or any methods of losing weight.

So that's three goals to achieve for a weight loss plan.

a) Calories in vs. Calories Out: Go to tdeecalculator.net/ to figure out how much you burn a day. Always use "sedentary" for your activity and factor in exercise on its own. For a standard 'diet', you'd take your TDEE and subtract 500 to 750 calories.

b) Get your protein. Standard rule for weight loss is 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body pass. I'm ~180 at ~15% bodyfat, so if I'm losing weight, I need about 150 grams of protein a day. The goal is always to lose fat, not muscle. Protein reduces hunger and is muscle-sparing. You might say you don't care about muscle, but if you lose too much, you can be left at a lower weight, but still a higher bodyfat percentage - leaving you looking smaller, but still flabby.

c) Stay Sane. Do whatever you need for this. Intermittent fasting? Sure. One big, nutritionally-complete meal a day? Works fine. Straight-up fasting for two days a week, eating maintenance on the other days? It works very well for some. Or six small meals a day, lots of snacks, and essentially constantly grazing? Its mental hell for me, but might work for you. Go vegetarian, vegan, do keto, whole-30, whatever, or nothing but mcdonalds, as long as a) and b) are satisfied. This is a lot about knowing the roots of your relationship with food, and experimenting with it.

i know 0 sugar is not really possible if you eat processed foods. but you can certainly do shit like cut sodas, cut juices, cut adding your own sugar, cut candy bars and shit like that. whatever he eats should not have a sugary taste to it. i think he should definitely eat fruit because i'm not advocating a keto diet.

A ton, seriously, at least a gallon or more a day.

You're gonna have to cut back on the sugar yo.
I usually brew decaf, put a little instant and creamer in the first cup and drink the rest black. I'm a little caffeine sensitive, too much and I can't get to sleep later at night.

Personally, one meal a day + keto worked fantastic for me. My problem with food had always been triggering binge eating and relying on food as a serious mode of entertainment and emotional security/comfort. By practicing fasting all day (which is pretty healthy tbh), I've been able to put a lot of work into redefining my relationship with food and looking for and developing other coping mechanisms to deal with stress, anxiety, and boredom.

So step one for all of this is looking at why you're overweight right now? What does your relationship with food look like now, and what might need to change to bring you into a healthier relationship with food and to allow you to practice healthier behaviors, and accomplish a) and b)?

I hate to say it, but /fit/ actually has some really good advice and plans in their sticky, and some of the discussions are useful. Reddit also has fantastic and less toxic resources.

are zero suugar drinks okay to drink though?
congrats user how did you do?
will try thanks user
for me it is psychological im allways like im guna do this.. this time around get hungry and be like ahh thats it then

won't that make me sick?

tbh im just looking for fast weightloss not slow and steady tried that for 3 months lost 10 pounds gained it back in 2 weeks

Keto diet.
Drink lots of water.
Do not have snacks.
Read and meditate.
Quit drugs, including alcohol and cigarettes.
Leave your computer. Only use it for work.
Only do light exercise. Working out more will make you way more hungry and you will end up overeating.

You have a psychological and physiological addiction to food (carbs). You need to cut that shit out and stop reinforcing your psyche with negative behavior like smoking and browsing Yea Forums.

> are zero suugar drinks okay to drink though?
no. check it out online. you have to recalibrate your tastebuds man so you don't crave sugars so just give it up. it's not hard dude. i used to drink 2 -3 liters of coca cola every day for many many years and i stopped eventually. try drinking unsweetened tea.

Attached: fm5ix04fkuo21.jpg (720x1067, 47K)

that's where I've found fasting to be useful. You take time to sit to yourself, away from distractions, and allow yourself to make peace and be friendly towards your desires to eat, your hunger, your cravings in the different forms they come in. It also helps to take time to write about why you want to lose weight, and see if you can distill it into a few simple, strongly emotional points or images that you can use. Sit and compare what motivates you to lose weight against the temporary pleasure of eating; realize the pleasure food brings is temporary, and will vanish the moment you stop eating.

That moment where you say "fuck it" and do it anyway is burned into your brain at this point. It takes a long time of dedicated practice to "un-learn" but it is very possible. Learning to control your impulses, and to develop different habits is like learning anything else.

Sugar-free drinks are definitely fine. Some people say you'll keep a sugar tooth, but they ultimately don't do any harm. A crutch is useful sometimes.

A gallon of water a day also definitely will not make you sick.

ive tried keto the keto flu was so bad im never doing keto again lol

It won't work. You have a mental problem, and shortcuts won't help you in the long run. If anything, the problem will come back worse as you will have episodes of binge eating/drinking/drugs…

If you think there is a miracle solution, then you're a delusional, dumb fat fuck.

no pasta, only water
sometimes some milk in the morning but like twice a week

I had too, because I was walking all day long, I wouldn't have survived. But I didn't thought much about it.

i don't like regular tea but green tea is good
can i drink that?

Then fast. Lots about it on reddit.com/r/fasting.

>I'm ~180 at ~15% bodyfat, so if I'm losing weight, I need about 150 grams of protein a day.
I'm glad you cleared that part up because I thought it was always 1g per pound of your total weight and something always seemed wrong about it

everything he says is right, but keto can be hard. and some people like me have a hard time doing keto because i have other problems such that too much protein in my diet triggers illness.

Attached: 5a2zmhmnwvo21.png (960x720, 776K)

keto flu is entirely optional. Its completely caused by incorrectly balancing electrolytes during the adaption phase.

Keto requires a fuckload more salt, potassium, and magnesium than people realize.

Might also just not work for you tbh.

1. Read pounds and inches
2. Get some hcg from a compounding pharmacy, pills are fine don't need shots
3. Follow that shit to the fucking letter, except you can eat less than it says.
4. Don't load up on salt (my mistake, ITT gave me gout)

Is fucked up but it works. It's hard as hell, but it works. I dropped from sz 46 to 38, and lost everything but my gut. Unfortunately the gout was undiagnosed and destroyed me. Now I can't convince my new doctor to prescribe a cycle and I've slowly gone back up over the years.

But is as close to magic bullet as I ever found.

yeah, just go sugar free.

Attached: 1556604710658.png (960x1280, 1.14M)

There are no gains without hard work. You've lived the most part of your life burning sugar as your main fuel. Of course, once you cut that shit out, you'll have withdrawal symptoms.

You absolutely need to get your glucose level in check. If you're a humongous fat blob, insulin resistance is 100% what is making you fat, and the most efficient way you can get your insulance resistance within normal params is by cutting *ALL* carbohydrates, no exceptions.

I mean, you can drink too much water and actually kill yourself, but a gallon or so is just fine.
Internet says recommended is 9 6oz cups a day, but you're using it to help curb your appetite, 16 cups in a gallon, so you're not going nuts or anything.

>You have a mental problem
no u

thanks man your right though
at this point it is just a learn't impulse that just happens now
exactlly how much water were you drinking a day

>too much protein in my diet
Keto is not about the proteins. Keto = high fat, low carb, adequate protein.

If you are consuming excess proteins, you are doing it wrong. You need to eat more veggies with olive or coconut oil.

If it doesn't have sugar you can drink piss if you want

i appreciate all the responses thanks Yea Forumss
i guess my problem is just appetite and cravings
from carbs like people have said

>not contributing anything of value to this post

You can't deny that obesity is both a physical and a mental problem.

as a eurofag how much is 1 gallon of water?

4 liters.

15 hectares

0.03874031 beer barrels

bruh that will deadass kill me

Buy some organic cereal bars and eat one each day (it'll help you recover energy, stay away from the diet bars, the organic ones will also help your blood pressure control and muscle maintenance), cut out sodas, junk food, sugar (make your own juice with natural fruits), start by exercising lightly and increase the pace as you start to lose weight, quit drugs, cigarettes and alcohol in general. Walk/run sometimes (as I said before: increase the pace a bit when you start to see results, you can start by 30 minutes or an hour). Drink a lot of water.

No it won't. It's what non-fatass fit and healthy people do daily. You wouldn't understand

i love cereal bars aha
quite expensive for natural ones over here
i usaslly just buy those 90 calorie ones and eat 10 :/
your probably right lmao
tbh i don't really drink alot i probably have about 4-5 cups of tea w milk and sugar 1 energy drink
and cup or two of juice a day :/

Cut the milk and sugar from your tea. No energy drinks. Preferably cut the juice but if you must have it limit yourself to a cup a day or so, and factor that into your daily calorie amount.

it is the zero calories brand but yeah ill try get use to drinking plan water

Dude don't give bullshit advice with nothing to support it. Organic cereal bars are going to do nothing for satiety; they're not literally candy, but not far off. Also, talking about blood pressure control and muscle maintenance in this context is bullshit. What factors related to either process are going to be affected significantly by a cereal bar?

Also, even natural fruit juice is shit. its just fruit sugar without the fiber; there is no benefit.

Also, for many people drugs are a useful coping mechanism and a meaningful part of their lives. Cannabis personally is the only thing that keeps me exercising regularly. Alcohol, such as whiskey or vodka, consumed with zero-calorie mixer, and without eating in excess, is not going to significantly affect the progress of a diet. Other drugs, such as psychedelics, may help to resolve the psychological conditioning or root causes that perpetuate unhealthy behavior.

hit this shit, I've lost 50 pounds with it.
negative calorie soup. Eat as much soup as you want and you still lose weight..

youtube.com/watch?v=3DxS-CIJFj8

No... just... no

Nothing wrong with energy drinks. Said it before: sometimes a crutch is useful. The only, only "downside" of zero-calorie energy drinks is that it may make it difficult to lose your taste for sweets. Otherwise, its fantastic to switch out a normal snack for a zero-calorie beverage instead, and the caffeine helps to suppress hunger.

Its a problem with buying prepackaged food - it makes it very easy to eat quickly and with little regard. Know thyself. Some people might be fine having easily available snacks around, I personally cannot deal.

educate yourself my bro. read this to learn about how big business wants you addicted to sugar. it's been their plan all along. it's just like cigarettes and how they fucked over millions so the owners could make money.

goodreads.com/book/show/29874881-the-case-against-sugar

Attached: 000_1mA6t2X.jpg (679x458, 76K)

that looks extremely unhealthy to do lmao
did it really work?
aslong as its zero calorie energy drink i can have one?

When you rely on a crutch, you're setting yourself up for failure. If OP crutches his way to losing 10 pounds, he's eventually going to cave and rebound even worse and become a bigger fatass than he currently is.

Cut the energy drink. If you need caffeine, drink coffee black

results speak for themselves cuck

yep

change your diet and use this to kick start it

Let's go down the checklist.
a) Calories in vs. Calories out - it's zero calorie, so doesn't affect this.
b) Protein/nutrient intake - its zero calories, so doesn't factor into your macronutrients (protein/fat/carbohydrates).
c) Stay sane - does having zero calorie beverages available make it easier to stick to a) and b)? If so, go ahead.

eat nothing but steak and ground beef
no sugary sauces

>Nothing wrong with energy drinks

Attached: 1529463295040.png (251x252, 132K)

increase amount of physical activity for starters start talking walks, in time increase the lenght of these walks. I suggest you to buy book by Paul Wade Convict Conditioning and start doing excercises with the book. Also main but most important in loosing weight is EATING LESS amount of food. To be honest it does not matter WHAT do you eat. You can it even "shitty" fast foods but as long as you will burn these calories that you have taken in you will be fine.

was it tough to do how much of it did you have
and did you just only have that i might try this

Don't do it, OP. There's no such thing as a miracle weight loss food. He's full of shit. Quit looking for shortcuts. Quit being lazy

Not when you use a crutch to allow yourself to heal and make progress. You can't take a crutch away from somebody with a broken leg and expect them to run a marathon. Meet people where they are - allow them to build scaffolding. There is nothing inherently wrong with zero-calorie energy drinks, as long as they're not triggering more cravings or causing other psychological problems.

Trying to do everything, perfectly, all at once is also a much more serious recipe for failure or disaster. You have to make space for incremental improvement.

You're not taking OP into consideration, though. He's already established he doesn't want to put in the work and just wants some easy fix for his problem. Once you hand him that crutch, he's never going to run the marathon. He's going to be using it for the rest of his life or until he decides to upgrade to a wheelchair

And sometimes looking for an easy fix, can turn into looking for small, easy ways to improve the situation.

Its fucking hard to make big changes to your life. You can't completely write off OP because he's doing what most people want to do - find an easy solution. But if OP can start with doing a few small things - even a few small "crutches" - that make things better, that allow him to inch towards better habits - then that builds motivation for the future.

"Crutch" was a bad word for me to have used. I should have said "scaffold" - because the entire point of a scaffold is a temporary support while the real structure is being built.

not a permanent diet retard

i did 1 month it has other food in it as well

Stop getting drunk.

I know. Good luck.

LISTEN THE FUCK UP. YOU NEED TO APPLY THIS DAILY. DAILY!!!!!!!! Thats the biggest thing consistency.
Do a push/pull/leg split, look up jeff nippard and jeremy ethier and BINGE THEIR FUCKING VIDEOS. Athlean X is ok too. When ur first starting, focus on COMPOUND MOVEMENTS.
So ur routine should be:
Push, pull, legs, rest, repeat. DONT MISS A FUCKING DAY. NOT ONE DAY U GOT IT????? Dont fucking expect results if ur not CONSISTENT.
Now look up IIFYM diets and FOLLOW THEM. Get off ur fatass and LEARN TO COOK HEALTHY SHIT. Eat ur fruits and veggies like mommy and daddy told u. SERIOUSLY. The first thing u do when u wake up should be to plan ur whole day out, and FOLLOW THROUGH. Just read this fucking post every morning. Tattoo it on ur cock so u see it when u take ur morning piss. Good luck. Oh one last thing, us fit fags that already go to the gym LOVE SEEING FAT FUCKS IN THERE. I have so much respect for yall that have the balls to not give a fuck and just go in there and do what u gotta do. If anything im judging the really fit fags, not the out of shape ones. THE PEOPLE WHO DONT LOOK LIKE THEY GO TO THE GYM ARE THE ONES THAT NEED TO BE THERE THE MOST. Good luck

damn thats nice man
can you have as much of the soup as you want?
i have a gym membership ill give the workout you said a try because when i lose weight i don't want to be a skinny bitch i do want to have some defination and not look like a rail

Losing fat and gaining muscle = gaining weight (muscle is denser than fat)
And the push pull legs will help u put on a lot of muscle, it made me go from skinny to muscular thicc boi. Also track ur calories, look up a calorie calculator and figure out what u need for maintenance, and then subtract about 500 cals and hit that goal everyday. Download lifesum, its an app that helps u track ur calories and all u have to do is scan the food ur eating and will do most of the work for u

as long as you follow the rest of the diet in the description and change your lifestyle

Best advice you'll ever get:
STOP MISTAKING THIRST FOR HUNGER
if you feel hungry go drink some water
Worked for me

thanks user

go read the sticky
