Gained 150 lbs in 2 years, tried everything to lose it didnt work, tired all the time, what do

Time to try that DDPYoga fam.

Weight training is a terrible way to lose weight. Lifting weights is anaerobic and doesn't use fat as a primary source of energy. Cardio does. There is a reason why Ronnie Coleman would walk on a tread for an hour each morning before a competition; to lose as much fat as he could.

This is gonna sound stupid, but it works. I lost 70 lbs doing it.

Ice cream and diet soda.

Have two meals a day. Replace one meal with a high quality ice cream (example, haagendaz plain chocolate, between 800-1000 calories) and a large quantity of diet soda. Drink the soda immediately after eating the ice cream.

Eating the ice cream takes care of most of your food cravings for what you would normally consider junk. The diet soda reacts with the ice cream in your stomach to trick it into thinking you've eaten much more then you did. By using a nice high quality ice cream, you are also getting pretty good nutrition from the cream and other ingredients. Again, good quality stuff, not shitty stuff.

Enjoy a nice sensible protein and veg for dinner. Rotate steak, pork, chicken (1000-1500 calories depending on your weight loss goals). This takes care of your salty cravings.

cardio isn't "meant" for anyone you fucking lazy dumbass. it's proven science. you prefer lifting because it's one if the easiest forms of exercise and has the distinction of being the "manliest" but cardio is literally about strengthening your heart. You know what your heart is, right? No amount of lifting is gonna prevent that shit getting clogged if your diet is shit

Welcome to 2019, turns out everything causes diabetes and cancer.

The biggest contributing factor to almost all disease is weight, except specific links like lung cancer and smoking.

So now you're back to 150 pounds? You were at 160 earlier today

>tried everything to lose it
Clearly haven’t tried a calorie controlled diet and regular intensive exercise.
Because that works

some people got me wrong in this thread.
I love lifting but I also do some cardio.
but at least for me its not very useful,i lost 2 or 3 kilos in a day but thats pointless, because i got them back in the same week.
if you do muscle on the other hand, your metabolism is faster and faster wich is nice.
