OP don't listen to this retard, the main thing you need to do is concentrate on losing fat, you can then build muscle after that if you want. it will be easier that way and you'll look better too. eat nothing but fruit, nuts and vegetables, all healthy and natural and organic and shit. every day go for a 30 minute walk. EVERY SINGLE DAY. never drink anything that isn't water and never take a cheat day or even deviate from your new diet. after a while turn that 30 minute walk into a jog, then a run, then maybe a cycle. as long as you do this you should lose all that weight in a few months.

Cut out sugar, start walking. You don't even need a strick diet. No sugar, energy drinks etc. Even "sugar free" drinks. Water, tea and liquor. Reduce bread and greasy food too. Don't worry about fat content unless it's excessive. Fat turns to calories, sugar turns to fat. carbs turn to sugar. Get back into Pokemon Go, and get a dog that needs walks.
