Adjust some global conditions (earth is fine for a long period of time), extinguish mosquitoes and certain other irritating creatures. Enhance the cognitive capabilities of humans such that they are significantly smarter, remove the curse of male libido and female periods. Create a handful of chambers that are highly efficient at storing radioactive materials and increase the availability of useful radioactive elements such that humanity can run on nuclear power for very, very long. Grant myself immortality in a 27 year old adjusted version of my body; also set up a function where I can go in ‘sleep mode’ for however long I wish to if it is my desire to not be conscious for some period of time. Grant myself a few billion dollars, maybe less to avoid tedious tax filings. Give myself fluency in the eight most spoken languages. Finally, although included in the body adjustment part, enhance ears/hearing to where I can perceive a frequency range from >0 Hz to 40k Hz; enhance sight comparably. Make a certain girl I love no longer a celebrity (it is bad for her) and when the one minute ends drop myself off in a room with her.
