In this cases, the female should be registered as a sex offender, and face the same punishments that the man would have faced if he did rape her.
The thing is, a lot of what women are calling "rape" now isnt at all easy to prove one way or another.
Woman has 30 year old memory of bring drunk and Brett sexually assaulted her. She could have made it up. She could have misremembered.

I unironically agree with this. However it should extend to all crimes. Either that, or you should have to serve whatever amount of time the person you falsely accused of the crime would have served had you not been caught.
