just kys fatty
Thanks.
You're doing good OP. Keep at it, good luck.
Eat healthy and work out hard OP.
Do you think that’s okay? Should I go for one more evening walk?
If you can, sure. But it's probably not really necessary.
Just make sure you can keep it up in the long term.
Today I ate a banana, New York strip steak with salad and few tomatoes - is that okay?
This is me
You really should head over to /fit/ and learn something. Your overall fitness knowledge is pure shit, and your nutrition is terrible too
What should I eat?
I checked it but couldn’t find anything helpful
Bump
so you missed the very first post on the board, lot of effort you put in
so?

Weightloss is more about diet than exercise. Focus more on eating a calorie defecit (below your base line) and use exercise to make that defecit bigger. If you work out too much you'll get too hungry and while you might gain muscel you won't look any slimmer. Cardio would be a good idea, maybe high intensity.
Quickest way is to exercise in your max heart rate zone, this is where your body stops burning complex carbs and switches to burning fat directly.
You will need a heart rate monitor or else you will over do it and feel like puking and it will be too uncomfortable and you will give it up.
Get a heart rate monitor and do 20>30 minutes twice a day in your Max Heart Rate zone. It varies with age, get a chart online and find what your MHRZ is for your age.
Oh yeah once you find out what your Max Heart rate zone is, choose a rate like 10bpm more than the lower limit. Don't try and exercise at max.
If your max heart rate zone is 140 > 180 bpm then exercise at 150bpm
Hella cocaine
Fast fatass
well, I can't run because of chronic knee problems - I played baseball profesionally before (until 24yrs old)
Can I lose weight by calorie deficit only? I mean if I eat like 2000kcal and walk for 3000kcal.. ?
Yeah... This is BS.
Your body can't metabolise fat quick enough when you're exercising hard, you're best sticking to your low intensity stuff. The walking you're doing is good, add in some cycling and then some swimming. You're overweight and just getting started. You do stuff like running and you're only going to injure your joints because of excess weight and your body won't be used to it.
The key thing for the weightloss is your diet. Track everything you eat and drink. Weigh yourself every few days and track it. Work out how many calories you burn in a day and eat slightly less.
It's a process. Get into good routines and habits, this won't happen overnight. Take pictures of yourself and compare monthly to see progress otherwise you won't notice. This will help motivate you. You've made a good start, stick with it
Get a heart rate monitor
Get on the step machine at a gym(no impact)--can connect to the HRM
Do 30 minute in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
You wont have to worry about diet
HORSE SHIT
The gyms are full of stupid fags doing this low intensity BS and very few of them get good results.
I do endurance sports and my biggest problem is keeping weight on. I wear a HRM and other sensors, the higher your HR the higher your weight loss.
If you walk in soft sand you can get your HR in the max zone without running.
Walk on the beach above the high tide mark for 3km in the morning 3km in the evening at max HR.
