I'm still waiting to hear how the "area of ocean with 15% sea ice" can change without the area of the measured ocean changing. If 15% of the measured area was ice and that area also changed then obviously the measured area changed so why are you trying to act smart without actually addressing the point?

what constitutes less than 15% ice? i asked earlier what the difference between 10% and 20% ice is when measuring area (surface) but you neglected to address it, stating simply that "ice floats"
if I measure a swimming pool, how do you differentiate which parts are more than 15% ice? the graph states that it measures how much of the area is >=15% sea ice but you haven't mentioned how a surface examination dictates what percentage is ice.
Can you give me one good reason why they didn't just graph the total area of arctic ice?
