Then all you're saying is that God knowingly and willingly creates what we perceive to be evil.
God may even believe that he has created something negative - he may have willed it so in order to maintain balance in his creation.
The Bible is literally full of stories of God doing deliberate harm to test his followers. Any intelligent Christian would tell you that God is not, by definition, an example of pure good.
