What the hell is this thing on my nose? It’s been there for months. I would usually pick at it but this is how it looks if I do not. It can’t possibly be skin cancer, can it?

Dude, yeah get it checked out by a dermatologist. It might be skin cancer. It definitely looks a little weird.

go to a derm, but it looks like a basic skin tag. theyll cut it off.

Looks like an inflamed pore from a blackhead that was popped wrong and pushed under the skin deeper, that spot on the nose is tricky to get without having an acne tool and even then its got risk. Would follow advice above and go to a professional at this point.

Difficult to tell from a single photo but it could be a BCC- go to the doctor and get it looked at. Only spreads locally but you're still better off getting it removed early. Could also just be a weird blackhead or some shit

There are different kinds of cancer on the skin (e.g., basal, squamous). They aren't going to be fatal. They just need to be removed. Go to your doctor and they'll do it right there in the office.

it's a wart, virulent infection. Bacteria kill stuff will not help. Google it. Either you do something or remove nose in 10 years.
