It's mostly just that it's become a porn-focused board. In the old days it was just a place to talk about whatever was on your mind and shitpost a little. Porn was allowed and you had porn threads, but it wasn't the focus of the board. Even the US state-specific threads (Texas thread, Oklahoma thread, California thread, etc.) used to be general discussion threads for anons living in those areas, now they're just /soc/ tier hookup threads and places to dump nudes of girls from those states, in case you get bored with every other thread on the board which is just about dumping nudes (read: every thread on the board).
