I used a random plastic rod i found in my room about 4mm thick. I tried to sterilise it with boiling water and hand soap, and used some coconut oil for lube
Its about 5 mins later now and my dick is tingling and kind of burns. I freaked out and tried to pee which burned a lot

ER is expensive, urgent care is a lot cheap unless you have good health insurance.

It is normal. The urethra gets easily irritated and it hurts while peeing if you have an irritated urethra. If it is getting better, I would not worry about it. If it gets worse, it could be an infection and you should go to a doctor.

Eh, you'll be fine. What's happened is that the tool you used was too rough and it irritated the shit out of the soft tissue of the urethra. It'll burn when pissing for a couple of days but even tonight you'll notice it's not as bad as that first piss.
And next time get some real sounds. They don't cause the irritation because they're smooth.
