I just tried sounding for the first time
I used a random plastic rod i found in my room about 4mm thick. I tried to sterilise it with boiling water and hand soap, and used some coconut oil for lube
Its about 5 mins later now and my dick is tingling and kind of burns. I freaked out and tried to pee which burned a lot
Help plzz

You could probably just go to an urgent care facility, let them evaluate it and see if you really need to go to the ER.
ER is expensive, urgent care is a lot cheap unless you have good health insurance.
Either way, you need to go NOW before it gets more serious, and then required an ambulance.
