Well user, if you know you have it, and you do not inform your sexual partners BEFORE sexytime, and they catch it from you, and then discover down the line that you not only knew, but chose not to tell them, you're gonna fuck up their ability to trust anyone else in the future.

You should tell them beforehand so that you not only respect them, you give them the choice to either proceed with the deed being fully informed, or the choice to not.
