I do both but only because I use my ps3 for games I can't play on my PC, almost all of which are exclusives and newer games. Once my ps3 stops working though I'll likely never buy a console again. I don't see any point at all when everything a console does a PC can do and more.

Believe it or not, FPS and graphics aren't what makes a game fun. I know that may be a HARD concept for you PC peasants to understand, but it's true.

I do both. But I can barely ever play a PC game for more than 7hrs. At least on console I can. I never also play single player games on PC. Something about it feels unsatisfying. So I only leave it for multiplayer games and games meant to be played on PC like a few FPS and clicker games.

Right but it's objectively better for a game to have those. GTA V on Xbox one x runs like shit and barely scrapes the 45 fps mark. GTA V on a relatively cheap gaming computer (1500) runs perfectly and never goes below 90. Every game is like that. Stop hating cause you're poor.

I have a PC and an XBox...and a house...and a truck...oh and my own server (free from work) what is my quality of life for the times I choose to use xbox

I spent around $1200 every 7 years or so. I buy great hardware and when it is nearing the end of its relevance as a top end system, I oc it.
That is not a lot of money to spend towards a hobby.

For the price of what? Your textures? Low lighting?.. At least on consoles (especially next gen) native 4K 60FPS will be standard. Some games accomplished or tried this gen, especially the Xbox One X, but next gen is going to be the game changer for sure.

If those spec leaks are real, then they'll definitely be able to optimize the game to run well over 60FPS but at the cost of lowering the res to maybe 1440p or a little lower.

When a console can do what my computer can do I'll gladly give it a shot. But you can't argue that right now as we speak, consoles are objectively inferior.

Then a console won't be a gaming console if it could do everything your regular PC at home could do. Consoles are demicomputers as is. And the reason why I said "everything" is because what can your PC do that a console can't? More specifically on the gaming side of things.. They're already enabling mouse and keyboard support for some games but it's up to the devs of the games if they want it enabled or not.

Idk if you factor in that I can buy a ps4 and it'll for sure play every ps4 game where as a pc not every pc game will run on your pc and not every game is optimized I think that makes console better imo, yeah pc can better graphics but I don't really care about graphics, not to mention pcs are just more expensive but that being said maybe one day if I'm not poor i can just get both because there's a lot of good games that are pc exclusive that I want to play
