Be me

It not just being social im also a bit afraid that i might hit a ceiling in my career due to not having a college degree
Is that a legitimate concern or would my experience suffice

Kek

No don't go to fucking college as a full time student if you're making $100k. Keep working and take classes at night as a part time student at a state college. Get your bachelors and then your masters all while continuing to work full time. It'll suck for many years but you'll be banking money the entire time instead of getting in debt. In the end you'll be ahead of your peers because you have all these years of work experience plus a masters. Better yet, get hired somewhere that will pay your tuition. Most good employers will kick you $5500 a year in tuition reimbursement. Part time state school will probably cost you like 7-10k a year and you can easily pay that without loans on a 60-100k salary.

Went to college for 6 years. University of Wisconsin. Total cost$70,000. Loans $40000. How the fuck did you spend that kind of money?

Ty user this was actually very helpful

I dropped out of high school, taught myself, and loved learning/bettering myself. Started part time yard in a lumber yard. Fast forward 10 years and business owners from around the metro area look to me for sage advice and I make over 150k a year selling building materials. College is for some but is no substitute for a love of self improvement and decisions based on honesty and integrity. "It is better to be without silver than to be without honor."

you will look back with pride on your responsibility
life is about moving forward not trying to stay immature

Happy to help. That's how I did it. I went to college full time, hated it and fucked around eventually dropping out after three semester. I moved back home and was doing nothing so I was thrown out of the house and told to sort my shit out. I ended up getting a job, going to classes at night and eventually worked my way up to an MBA and a director job. I'm 32 and make around 200k a year now. You absolutely want to get a masters degree eventually because employers won't even consider you for management jobs without one but what will actually get you hired is your experience and how you carry yourself. Few employers give a fuck where you got your degree and whether or not you did it full time or part time at night. Imagine doing it while building wealth rather than accumulating debt? It's possible.

Hey bro, me too
