Sup /b. I'm set to swear in to the Air Force next week, but I gained some weight since first going to MEPS. I'm in decent shape, and mostly gained muscle, but I'm currently 193 and need to be 185 to make weight. I haven't eaten in two days and ran a couple miles, but I actually gained another pound doing that. How do I get 10 pounds off in 5 days? I don't care if it isn't healthy short term, just need to be that weight for a day.

laxatives

Taking two doses of Miralax a day, currently. Should I up that?

Physically impossible to lose 10 pounds in 5 days, you deserve to be rejected you fat fuck. "Good luck, see you again in 6 months" you fucking slob

If you listen to me you will be like god
Dont you want to live forever and not worry about such things as weight?

Not eating makes you gain weight as the body starts to store fat reserves, eat smaller amounts and do cardiovascular training. Also there is a whole board dedicated to fitness you fucking faggot, good luck.

How's your body fat percentage? If you're lean enough, weight requirements are flexible I think

And this extra weight just materializes from nothingness?

OP knows he is too fucking big, obviously fat, if he is purging himself of 10 lbs 5 days before MEPS. I cant wait for him to be humiliated finishing last and failing his first 5 PT tests

Bodybuilders and powerlifters often lose weight quickly preceding a show/meet. Google: “water cuts for powerlifting” and the principles should be easy to apply
