I'm in decent shape, and mostly gained muscle, but I'm currently 193 and need to be 185 to make weight. I haven't eaten in two days and ran a couple miles, but I actually gained another pound doing that. How do I get 10 pounds off in 5 days? I don't care if it isn't healthy short term, just need to be that weight for a day.

Bodybuilders and powerlifters often lose weight quickly preceding a show/meet. Google: “water cuts for powerlifting” and the principles should be easy to apply
