1. Stop buying things with sugar. 2. No milk outside of cooking. 3. If you want something sweet buy fruit. 4. Drink only tea, coffee, water without added sugar or milk. 5. High protein, High fiber, High fat food is your friend. Carbs should be avoided since they don't contain nutrients. You may have some ofcourse. 6. Go for a walk every day, lift some weights or 1.5l bottles filled with water.
Cheat on one specific day of the week. There you go bro. Simple.

1-Calculate the total amount of calories you body burns daily. You can found calculators on Google. 2- say that number is 2000. Eat about 1500-1600 calories. 3- Make sure your getting enough proteins and fats. it shouldn't all be carbs. 4- Just go to the gym and lift frickin weights. don't get caught up in the details. Your muscles should be sore the next morning. 5- Do any form of cardio. High intensity. Sprinting,swimming. low intensity. A walk. 6- Get 6-9 hours of sleep. 7- Take a cheat day every 7-8 days. eat a few hundred calories more than your body burns a day. don't over do it. 8- Be pateint and only expect to loose 1-2 pounds a week. also you will be no results in the mirror or on the scale for at least the first few weeks. This is because your body replaces your fat(that is lost) with water. And real results will only show up a bunch of weeks later.
