Just make sure it's put in by a real plumber, so the piss runs into the sewer with the rest of the waste water.

Depends on what the flooring *around* the trench is, since there's definitely going to be splashing.
You may be fine with lino, but wood, carpet, and even tile grout might capture the smell after awhile.

it is possible to make it work, but it would be ridiculously expensive. youd have to have slight, even angle across the whole room, ultra smooth surface with detectors underneath and some kind of water source at high end on the room which would activate according to sensors in the floor to wash away remaining piss. it is also big challenge from software point of view. it is not easy to program sensors in the floor to differentiate piss from you just walking around. youd also want underfloor heater to take care of remaining water
