OP it sounds like your "best friend" likes you a lot but is already in a relationship. Fortunately for you, she doesn't appear to care much about that relationship if she's messing around with you. You and she call what you have "being best friends" because she wants to keep you close in case things with her boyfriend don't work out but that sucks for single old you. Basically, you need to tell her how you feel, tell her to drop her bullshit about "oh I'm just cheating on my boyfriend with you because we're just best friends" and make up her mind who she wants to be with. If she doesn't want to be with you, then drop the whole "we're best friends" act with her and treat her like she was a fat girl you weren't attracted to and move on. She'll either dump the boyfriend to be with you or you'll save yourself a lot of grief by getting out of this toxic relationship with a fickle whore.
I told her i can't see her anymore because i have feelings for her, i told her i need to keep my distance because when we see each other things start to heat up, she won't break up with her boyfriend that's for sure, she had chances but didn't, she told me she doesn't love him but still enjoys their relationship.
That's why i cut contact, i don't want to be hurt everytime i see her with him.
