Its entertainment, people are allowed to be excited about their interests. Its no different from cheering on a football team, or being excited about a new album coming out. Just because your interests dont line up withother people's, doesnt make them any less valid.

Honestly, I'm happy for the Russo brothers. Love Arrested Development and Community- they're excellent comedic and dramatic directors.
I'm not a huge comic book fan, but some of the movies are enjoyable. Its interesting seeing how all of the movies tie in: the running gags, character development, etc.
People getting butthurt over it are simply afraid of being called normies. Let's face it- they're some of the biggest blockbusters of ALL TIME. Your opinion doesn't matter.
