push ups till you cant
squats till you cant
running as much as you can
and more important diet thats got low sugar intake.
Get a gf u fat fucking loser
so, these are good but....
What I did during college was simply reduce my food intake by a lot. Then I kind of went half vegetarian where i only ate meat on saturday. combine that with walking to all my classes and I was losing 5lbs a month.
i call bullshit becease you'd be at 0 pounds after about 3-4 years and dead.
Can't outrun your diet.
First step is eat less. Doing exercises is good for putting on a bit of muscle and changing how you look a bit, but you're not going to lose any fat by just working out.
I didn't do it forever, I did it for about 3 months. point i am trying to say is that u dont need to exercise extensively if you minimize your food intake
eat every other day. you'll lose about 10 - 15 pounds per month and fasting is good for you.
I don't even eat that much at all, I used to be underweight until I started taking my SSRIs.
ok well i guess what you did sounds pretty good. i'd also add in:
eat no sugar
don't consume alcohol
don't eat/drink anything in the evening. stop eating by 8 pm at the latest but 6-7pm is better.
do time restricted feeding. only eat during a 6-8 hour window every day.
so these are good but
and proceeds to ignore my main bit of advice lmao
exercise is imporant in a diffeen manner since it increases dopamine output and makes you less likely to eat junkfood
your advice includes exercising yourself to oblivion. all i am saying is there are way to lose weight without excessive workouts
so you are making another big pharma ceo rich because some lazy '''psychiatrist''' told you to do it. how unoriginal. you deserve to be fat.
m8 get your American redneck bullshit outta here.
The hardest part is getting into a routine- make yourself go for a 20 minute walk every day, then add in a set of 35 pushups and 50 sit ups. When that gets less painful add another set and jog the first 10 minutes, and slowly increase the intensity. People get too hardcore then stop and lose all their progress please don't forget its a mental battle in the end, you just need to trick yourself into making healthy choices and sticking to them. Oh and drink water none of that sugary nonesense
I believe in you user
>to oblivion
lmao if youre a fat fuck youll be able to do like 2 consecutive pushups. and ou probably cant even job your streets length. if you build on that daily youll get to a good exercise routine in fair time. my point is to ignore () numbers
>but you're not going to lose any fat by just working out.
Nice meme. Enjoy your butterflywings
(arbitrary)
ahh thats how he gonna lose weight
what about someone who doesn't need to lose weight (I think so, 1.65 cm with 55 kg) but instead needs to lose belly fat?
sport is for gays
just eat less idk only 1bowl rice a day
> 0 results TinEye
nice Roll the Bones gif
combination of exercise and better diet. i'm similar to you in that i have a pretty toned upper body/legs, but my tummy and lovehandles are very difficult to get rid of.
i have had success with intense running, ie 12 or 14 miles a day, along with good diet.
more recently i have got back into weight lifting though, so i haven't been running a lot. if you're in the gym, you can do yoga, ab specific workouts, deadlifts, squats, clean and jerks, lunges, etc. diet is definitely the most important thing though. also, sometimes your body is just more chubby in certain body areas than others, it's just the way the body is
push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats.
I'd recommend you spend the 50 dollars to pick up a set of 20 or 25 pound dumbells, it really opens up what you can do at home. Look for them used and you can pay half that. I have 20s and 40s are am considering something heavier. Ive been lifting 4 years now
You must not understand how working out works buddy
I actually got fatter while I was with my ex, and it was off of vegetarian food as well.
Eat right, exercise, meditate on death and detachment from this world, and realize life is temporary. Healthy living yields healthy bodies.
This ain't /fit/ - go there
Portion control.
dont eat more than 1000 calories a day
dont eat real sugar
dont move or do anything
you'll lose ~10 lbs/month
Whole food plant based diet. There's not enough time in the day to work off eating shit.
>Drink alot of water (you won't die)
>Don't eat til you're full, eat til you're not hungry
>Stay away of carbs
>Don't be a bitch
So much this
If you want to lose as much as possible without starving or pharma, you do 3 things.
1. Keto diet. 20 daily carb max. 40% calorie deficit- find a how to website, there are plenty for free
2. After body acclimation. Itermintent fasting. 3meals to 2 to 1 big keto meal per day.
3. Moderate exercise - I do elliptical 30-45min 5x week. And weights 3x per week (subtract from your elliptical).
That's it. I have lost 80lbs already and. Averaging 1 to 1.5 pounds of weightloss per day.
