Imagine if Valve released TF3 at the same time that Overwatch 2 releases? OW2 is such hot garbage, but people DO want a class-based FPS. If you could steal the hype of OW2 and divert that to a better game, TF3 would explode.

I think the lack of new content in ow2 sucks, but the changes are great. I read the article and I have to hard disagree.
the game is being reworked so that overall there are less shields and stuns. Tanks are being remade so that they create space, and aren't encouraged to just baby the rest of the team. Orisa's rework feels like overwatch 2's thesis statement.
I think the only thing thats iffy is that its a bit easy to kill supports
