Making about New Vegas again would make the first game's decisions pointless. Rather it be a new region like Texas or the Northwest so we can see some familiar themes, but not the same EXACT factions.

Yeah I'd like to see more sexual exploitation. New Vegas had a lot of stories / hints about it but I wanna SEE it. Won't happen though because AAA vidya has to be politically correct.

Have it take place in Texas and deal with the Brotherhood there, NASA related tech, a Legion incursion and other faction related stuff.
Alternatively, have it take place in Hawaii. Tons of military related stuff there, palm trees, beaches, volcanos, Vaults in volcanos. Something beautiful for once.
